Pick the playing XI
for the match.

Pick a team for the next game

1. Open Pick team. Choose League match or Academy game, then the season, league where shown, age group and game.
2. In Availability, update responses or paste the results of your availability poll.
3. Build your team and make any changes. For academy games, choose players for both named sides.
4. Select Save & continue, then check the players in Share & submit.
5. Copy the team message, download a team sheet, or select Submit for approval. Reviewers can approve or request changes.

Save your changes before sharing. If you change a saved team after approval, submit the revised team again.

Add a game or upload a schedule

Open Matches and choose League match or Academy game. Use Add match for one game, or Import & tools to upload a schedule. Preview the file, check the games, then import. The Upload schedule shortcut opens the same tool.

Academy games use players already in your academy. Give each game a clear name, especially when several games take place on the same day.

After the game

League match: use Mark match played for the saved XI. Check the players before confirming.

Academy game: open the game in Matches, confirm who actually played on each side, then mark it Completed. You can replace planned players with the players who took part. Give a reason if you correct a completed game.

Find players and view their progress

Open Players to find a player, update their details or view their profile. Search for an existing player before adding someone new. A player can belong to more than one age group without needing another profile.

Performance shows league batting, bowling and fielding statistics. Academy games appear separately in the player's Academy development history after completion. Academy games do not change league statistics.

To add league statistics, use Performance → Import stats. If an imported name needs matching, choose the correct existing player before accepting it.

Share with your team

Use Copy team message or Open WhatsApp after saving. Choose the chat and send the message yourself. To collect availability, copy your poll results into Availability and import them.

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot password? at sign-in. Use the email link to choose a new password within 30 minutes. If email is unavailable or no message arrives, ask your Academy Owner or Admin for a temporary password. Sign in and choose your own password when prompted.

Why can't I edit or submit?

Check that you have selected the right game and saved your players. League approval needs a full XI; academy games need both playing sides. A team already awaiting approval does not need another submission.

Closed or archived seasons are read-only. Ask an Academy Owner or Admin to reopen the season if a correction is needed.
